Our Managing Director

Francisco Gonzalez-Soldevilla is our managing director, a Miami resident since 1961. Frank attended public schools in the sprawling city, graduated from Southwest Miami Senior High School, and attended the University of Miami where he majored in French and Spanish and received his Bachelor of Arts degree. Along the years, he taught at three Miami-Dade Public Schools: Palmetto Jr. High School, Hialeah-Miami Lakes Senior High School, and MAST Academy. He also taught as an adjunct professor at Miami-Dade College in the Wolfson, Kendall, and Inter-American Campuses. In 1996, he received a Master of Arts in Hispanic Studies from Florida International University.

Frank has been assisting individuals, their families, and their businesses with financial matters over three decades. After an initial three-year span teaching when he graduated from college, he worked in the insurance and securities side of the financial services industry until 1989. On that year, he sold the insurance and investments firm he had founded in 1980. The firm provided a wide array of financial services and advice largely to physicians, attorneys, and other similarly structured closely-held, small businesses in the South Florida area. This sale to a larger financial institution reasonably required an agreement to remain outside the industry for the ensuing seven years in exchange for certain valuable considerations. It was during this period of time that Frank returned to an academic career until 1997.

When he returned to the financial services industry, Frank worked with Prudential Securities as a registered representative later becoming sales manager at the branch. In 2002, he moved to a small, boutique-like broker dealer initially as its sales manager ultimately to become the firm's director of sales and products, a position he held until his departure. In May 2008 he moved once more to become the first branch manager in Miami of a foreign-owned broker dealer that operated in New York City many years and was expanding south. As the person responsible at the emerging new branch, Frank oversaw the construction of the space, recruited professional personnel, and ran the day to day operations until May 2009, when the main headquarters of that firm in the US relocated in Miami and his position became redundant.

Always aware of the need to deliver advice with integrity in the financial services industry, Frank saw the opportunity to realize his vision and established this firm with the responsibility to address customer needs honestly and ethically. The firm delivers services to clients seeking sensible, unbiased financial advice at an affordable price. His work in a fiduciary capacity is a role he undertakes seriously and independently, without conflicts of interest.

At a simple glance, Frank's business experience may seem unrelated; but a background in the academic, insurance, and securities industries is indeed inter-related and valuable in the domestic and international markets, across Florida, the Caribbean, and in some regions of Latin America where as a conscientious advisor he seeks to deliver quality services. Successfully managing the interaction with individuals seeking to create, grow, and preserve assets to benefit from their personal holdings, he is equally as knowledgeable in the transfer of family wealth between generations in an efficient and confidential manner. Well skilled in a formal classroom setting where individuals seek academic knowledge, he coherently delivers a clear message in the business conference room where either in privately held one on one discussions or in large group presentations financial needs are uncovered, risks exposed, solutions proposed, and the understanding of alternatives to resolve the issues is as essential to the achievement of financial goals as is the management of expectations. In practical everyday activities, Frank proves that experience, knowledge, and clarity of exposition are fundamental to the success of any productive enterprise.

Having worked through the glory years of high-returns and careless risk-taking as well as the more recent, very difficult, highly volatile, uncertain times in the securities markets, today the preservation of capital and its cautious growth constitute the primary focus of Frank's work.

If the transparency of our business proposition and our commitment to service appeal to you, we urge you to go a step further. Set a definite time to meet with Frank and discuss how his work may assist you to set credible financial goals, monitor investment results, and reasonably meet your individual needs. Call him directly at 305-595-9928.
